2. Account Registration and Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account on jeta9. jeta9 reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time if these conditions are violated.

2.1 Age Requirement

To register on jeta9 and participate in all types of betting and casino activities, a member must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Opening an account with false age information will be treated as a direct violation of the Terms and the account will be closed immediately.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account on jeta9. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If this rule is broken, all associated accounts will be closed and the balances in them may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. jeta9 may request the necessary documents for identity verification at any time. If verification is not completed within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to keep your jeta9 account login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. jeta9 will not be liable for any loss arising from sharing login details with a third party.

3.1 Account Security Guidelines

• Your password should not be easily guessable and should be made up of a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• You must log out every time after logging in on a public or shared device.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, inform jeta9 Support immediately.
• Changing your password regularly is helpful for security.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

It is mandatory to follow the designated methods and amount limits for depositing and withdrawing funds on jeta9. Currently the minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

4.1 Deposit Methods

Funds can currently be deposited on jeta9 via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). If your account is not credited after a deposit transaction is completed, contact support with proof of the deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer can be used for withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

4.3 Source of Funds

The member must confirm that they are using only payment methods they own. jeta9 reserves the right to cancel such transactions and suspend the account if a deposit or withdrawal is made using a third party's account.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jeta9 provides various types of promotional offers. Each offer has its own conditions and it is important to understand those conditions well before claiming a bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. That is, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before the bonus funds become withdrawable. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. To withdraw this bonus, bets totalling ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A member may claim a bonus offer only once, unless the offer's terms state otherwise.
• It is advisable not to place bets outside the designated games using bonus balance — winnings from prohibited bets may be cancelled.
• If another active bonus is already on the account at the time of claiming a bonus, the new bonus may not apply.
• If bonus fraud is suspected, jeta9 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

Other available offers include: weekly jeta9 reload reward (up to ৳5,000, wagering 15x), jeta9 cricket festival bonus (up to ৳8,000, wagering 20x), weekend jeta9 slots bonus (up to ৳6,000, wagering 18x), jeta9 birthday special gift (up to ৳2,000, wagering 10x), and refer a friend jeta9 reward (up to ৳1,500, wagering 8x). Each offer has separate conditions and, where applicable, the minimum deposit is ৳300.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on jeta9 are conducted under specific rules. Members are required to follow these rules.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
• If a bet is affected by a technical error, jeta9 reserves the right to cancel or recalculate that bet.
• Winnings from any bet linked to match fixing or corruption will be cancelled.
• If there is a dispute about the outcome of a bet, support must be notified within 72 hours.

6.2 Responsible Gaming

jeta9 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Members can set their own deposit and betting limits. If you feel gaming is getting out of control, read the responsible gaming guidelines and contact support. A temporary account suspension option is also available.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Abusing the bonus system or manipulating it to gain unfair advantages.

7. Limitation of Liability

jeta9 strives to provide the most reliable service possible. However, jeta9 accepts no liability in the following situations:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical problems.
• Failure of third-party service providers (payment gateways, game providers).
• Loss arising from the member's own negligence or leaking of account credentials.
• Service disruption due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

jeta9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

8.1 Reasons for Account Closure

• Violating any part of these Terms.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Suspicion of involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Abusing the bonus system or operating multiple accounts.
• Disrespectful behaviour towards other members or jeta9 staff.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

If a member wishes to close their own account, they may contact jeta9 Support. It is the member's own responsibility to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

jeta9 prioritises the protection of members' personal information. Information provided at the time of registration on the platform is used only for the purpose of providing services and verifying identity. Personal information is not shared with third parties, however, information may be provided to relevant authorities if there is a legal obligation to do so.

10. Changes to Terms
